Nestled just a 5-minute walk away from the beach, our property is surrounded by picturesque scenery and panoramic sea views. You can also enjoy the soothing sounds and breeze of the South Atlantic Ocean from the high-rise gazebo located on the property.
Our home is equipped with all the modern amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We have a backup standby automatic generator, high-speed WiFi, and cable TV with multi-channels. For those looking for some indoor entertainment, we have an eight-foot pool table and a convertible couch that sleeps two.
Our dining room is adjacent to the lounge and boasts a luxury dining room table set that seats 6 people. It’s perfect for hosting intimate dinners with friends and family.

Located in the quiet, safe suburb of Abia, Ningo/Prampram, very close to the South Atlantic ocean. All 4 spacious bedrooms are en suite, and fully air conditioned. Guests have access to all 4 bedrooms, a comfortable lounge area, large living room, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Kitchen is stocked with the cookware and appliances for a large family to whip up meals.

LOUNGE
This is the ultimate relaxation space with comfortable furniture, a bar that overlooks the kitchen with modern bar stools, an eight foot pool table, cable TV with multi channel.
LIVING ROOM
This is a large tastefully furnished space with doors that open onto the outdoor open porch area. It is also equipped with cable TV and a convertible couch that sleeps two. It has 2 air conditions and a ceiling fan.
DINING ROOM
This room is adjacent to the lounge and boasts a luxury dining room table set that seats 6 people.
MASTER BEDROOM
This large room is en suite, fully air conditioned with a cozy queen sized bed, cable TV and ceiling fan. it is also equipped with a writing desk and table lamp for comfortable laptop use. A closet with hangers and an iron are available to guests. The attached bathroom has both bathtub and shower and a water heater.
OTHER 3 BEDROOMS
All 3 bedrooms are large, en suite with homey queen sized beds, fully air conditioned with cable TVs and ceiling fans for a guaranteed home away from home feel. Each room has a writing desk and chair. They are also equipped with ample sized closets with hangers. All the bathrooms are equipped with water heaters.

KITCHEN
It is fully fitted with all modern appliances including a washing machine, double door refrigerator/ freezer combo, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop and oven. Also available to guests are a full set of plates, cooking utensils, cutlery, blender, coffee maker and kettle.

Guests have access to a good-sized porch, a two storey gazebo and a pergola, each with a serene atmosphere for maximum relaxation and enjoyment of the very fresh sea breeze.
